Anta graduated in 1996 from Riga Stradins University in Latvia. From 1998 she ran her own practice in Latvia until she came to live in the UK in 2004 and worked as an Associate Dentist in Huntingdon and then Bournemouth. In 2008 Anta took over Highcliffe Dental Care. In addition to her highly qualified work in general dentistry, Anta has a special interest in Dental Implantology and she receives referrals from dentists around Dorset. She has followed extensive courses on this subject throughout Europe and continued her academic development with the very latest advanced courses from the Oxford Society of Dental Implantology achieving Certificates in Oral Implantology and Prosthetics and Advanced Implant and Bone Graft Surgery. She is registered with the GDC and is also a member of the Association of Dental Implantology. Anta has also completed extensive courses for the Fastbraces treatment.
Rasa qualified from Kaunas University of Medicine in Lithuania in 2008. After 2 years working in Lithuania in both NHS and private practices, she registered with General Dental Council and moved to the UK in 2010. Since then she worked as a general dentist in Christchurch. Rasa decided to continue her dental education and enrolled to the University of Bristol where she was awarded a Diploma in Postgraduate studies DPDS in 2015 (with merit). She still has an inner calling to carry out a research project to achieve MSc in postgraduate dental studies. Apart from academics, Rasa likes playing tennis, running, ice-skating and traveling. In 2012 she combined her passion for both dentistry and travel by completing a voluntary dental mission in Tanzania. This eye-opening trip allowed her to compare dental care, access and health care professionals in both countries.
Lucyna qualified from Kings College London in 2007. She has been working as a Dental Hygienist/Dental Therapist ever since. She used to work in practices in London and Bournemouth and thoroughly enjoys her work. Lucyna is registered with the General Dental Council and ensures she keeps up to date with oral hygiene courses.
Evelina qualified as a dental nurse from Poole College in 2015 and has also completed NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care prior that. Her main interests within dentistry are surgical and restorative procedures and she really enjoys assisting Anta with complex dental implant placements. Moreover, Evelina is passionate in dealing with practice policies and CQC regulations and in her spare time she loves exercising, cooking and singing in soul collective.
Peter qualified as a dental technician in 1996 in Hungary. He alongside with his team, works closely together with Anta on every case and provide valuable dental works such us crowns, bridges, veneers. These are all carefully fabricated in his laboratory. Peter is passionate especially about implantology and cosmetic restorations.
David graduated from the Welsh National School of Medicine ‘magna cum laude’ in 1973. After SHO posts in anaesthesia at the University Hospital of Wales and in the Oxford area, he joined the Royal Air Force where he was appointed Consultant Adviser in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care. In 1998 he retired from the Royal Air Force and moved into independent anaesthetic practice with interests in anaesthesia and sedation for oral and dental surgery and plastic/cosmetic surgery and has consultant anaesthesia posts in various hospitals.
Kintija started dental nursing profession in 2015 and is currently undergoing her training in historical Winchester collage. Kintija is very passionate about her job and is keen to learn new things. She says she mostly enjoys assisting Anta with Fastbraces treatment, extractions and other surgical dentistry. In her free time Kintija loves working out at the gym, cooking and exploring new places.
Daria is the newest member of our team and is very passionate about becoming dental nurse. After completing the secondary education she studied Tourism and Hotel management in her home country Poland. In 2016 Daria travelled 11 Asian countries which allowed her to explore different cultures. It was an extremely useful experience and helped Daria to perceive real values of life. Outside of work Daria loves spending time with her friends and running.
